Hello friendly peoples

 

Hope you are all well!!! I have been pro-active an joined a gym, an had my first introduction session today, it wasn't that bad i must admit, an finished it all with a nice swim then a spa.

 

I figured its time to take back the control over my own body and re-shape my figure as best I can.

 

Am looking forward to some wintry weather here but looks like I might be waiting a while.

Hope you Adeladian's have recovered from our hoorendus heat wave, and now we have more clement weather, yeah this is living.

Today is Easter Sunday, and its beautiful waether.
